At the time of filing, most courts issue a standing order in joining the parties from dissipating marital assets. In the event that the court does not issue such an order, either party may move for injunctive relief and joining the other party from dissipating martial assets or incurring additional debt. Should either party violate that order, they will be held accountable for it at the conclusion of the case.
